At Our Heart

At Still You Wellness, our mission is to create a safe, nurturing space where healing, growth, and transformation unfold naturally. Through an integrative approach—blending NLP, breathwork, meditation, and holistic coaching—we guide individuals toward deeper self-awareness, resilience, and alignment with their true selves.

We believe in the power of compassionate connection, where every person feels truly seen, heard, and supported. Our work is rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and self-compassion, helping clients release limiting beliefs, embrace their inner strength, and cultivate lasting well-being.

With warmth and care, we walk alongside each individual on their journey, honoring the connection between mind, body, and soul. At Still You Wellness, the path to transformation is not about becoming someone new—it’s about rediscovering the strength, wisdom, and wholeness that have been within you all along.

You are already enough. You are Still You.

Jacqui Oliver - Founder Still You Wellness

A little bit more about me …

For over a decade, I worked in the fitness industry as a Membership Consultant – the first face people saw when walking into the gym, often nervous but hopeful. I loved that role. Exercise and movement have always brought me joy, and I loved connecting with people around something I was truly passionate about. Signing someone up to the gym felt more like sharing what I loved rather than selling.

But what I remember most vividly aren't the sign-ups – it's the heartfelt conversations. I’d sit with new members as they opened up, often through tears, about how disconnected they felt from their bodies, their confidence, and their sense of self. We talked about goals, yes, but also about life, hope, and the struggle to feel good inside and out.

So many joined the gym in the hope that losing weight would help them feel better about themselves. But over time, I came to realise — it was never really about the weight. It was always about finding themselves. Reconnecting with their worth, their confidence, and their sense of inner peace.

What began to weigh on me was seeing so many of those same people cancel their memberships just months later. I couldn’t understand it at first – until I realised they were approaching exercise as punishment or a fix, while I did it for love. They were chasing weight loss. I was chasing joy.

That realisation sparked a deep shift. I knew that helping people truly thrive wasn’t going to happen through gym tours and contracts. It needed to start within – with how they saw themselves, how they spoke to themselves, and what they believed they deserved.

So, I followed my heart and retrained. I became a qualified Wellness Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and Hypnotherapist.  Along the way, I fell in love with yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and meditation, and I began living more slowly, intentionally, and in alignment with my values.

Now, through Still You Holistic Health & Wellness, I offer a heart-centred space for others to reconnect with themselves – mind, body, and spirit. My work is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and the belief that wellness is a journey back to who we truly are.

Let’s walk it together – with breath, purpose, and peace.
