I’m Jacqui — Health & Wellness Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator with over 15 years of experience supporting people through meaningful change.

My work is grounded in the belief that true wellbeing goes beyond physical health. It’s about emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and the relationship you have with yourself. When these pieces come into alignment, sustainable health, confidence, and calm naturally follow.
