Hi, I'm Jacqui.
I'm a qualified Health & Wellness Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator with over 15 years of experience. My passion lies in guiding others toward greater well-being—helping them reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and create sustainable health and happiness.
My own journey hasn’t been without challenges. I’ve faced post-natal depression, periods of deep uncertainty, and the transition of moving forward after my marriages ended—experiences that have deeply shaped my understanding of what it truly takes to heal and thrive. These challenges fuel my commitment to supporting others with compassion, understanding, and practical tools that create real change.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me practicing yoga, going to the gym, and soaking up long, sunny days at the beach. I also have a deep appreciation for meaningful conversations—whether out walking, over coffee or in the coaching space—where real transformation begins.
I believe that true well-being is about more than just physical health; it's about emotional resilience, mental clarity, and the way we connect with ourselves and others.
